Rick Morris : CFO
Rick is responsible for finance, treasury, HR and IT. Prior to joining the company he held senior finance and business development roles with several private equity backed and public companies and was directly involved in mergers and acquisition activities. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, business development and operations roles in technology companies, including Cisco Systems, KLA Instruments and National Semiconductor. Rick holds an MBA degree from San Jose State University.
