Robert Burman : Chairman
Robert, an industry icon, started The Matworks in 1966 providing entrance systems to the Baltimore-Washington Metro area. He is responsible for the growth of the company to a national level as well as its overall success. Robert has sat in on customer task forces and is known as an innovator for developing new material and pioneering ROI risk management via entrance systems. President for many years, Robert recently has accepted a new role as Chairman of the Board. His new position allows him to solely devote his energy to developing overall strategy, working with sales personnel and developing new business.
